The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Privacy Policy
  • We use the information you provide when placing an order to complete your order only. We do not share this information with outside parties.

    We may contact you from time to time regarding your order status or about products or specials that we think you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, please email us and we will remove you from the mailing list.

    Finally, we do not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.


  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Our main shipping carrier is UPS. Most items will ship within two business days. You will be emailed your tracking number at the end of the same business day your package ships. We try to ship expedited packages out the same day, this is not always possible. All expedited orders will ship within 24hrs. as long as all items are in stock.

    Sometimes on our free shipping promotions we will use US Post rather than UPS.



    We currently are shipping to North America only.

    *Alaska/Hawaii - You can choose 2-Day or Ground shipping. If you choose ground we will ship US Post (can take from 3 - 14 business days)


  • Sales Tax
  • The current sales tax is charged for all purchases with a billing or shipping address in California.


  • Return Policy
  • Calamari accepts returns of merchandise that is in unused condition and never worn or washed within 14 business days of the date received. Soiled/used/worn or washed merchandise will not be accepted. If we receive a return and it is not in new unused condition in its original packaging it will be refused.

    Gift items if need to be returned are given a store credit with a proof of purchase.

    Sale items and special orders are final sales and not returnable. They are considered closeouts.

    Original packing slip/receipt must be included with your return. You may request a credit for merchandise returned or we will be happy to exchange for different item/size of equal value.

    I'm sorry but we do not refund the cost of your original shipping or return shipping charges. It is the customer responsibility to return the product to CalamariBaby.com and we recommend shipping your item back with some sort of tracking as we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please contact us by email at customercare@calamaribaby.com for a return authorization if you would like to exchange or return an item.

    Product Defects: Most products have warranties from the manufacturer. If there are any quality issues or defects, please contact us and we will contact the manufacturer directly for warranty info and repairs.


  • Store Hours
  • Our office hours are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

    Our warehouse hours are from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.


  • Miscellaneous
  • If you have an order on back order we will email you within three business days with an estimated ship date.

    For special orders use the contact us page and in the body please list the Brand, the item number if you have it, the description of the items/s and size if any. Within three business days we will contact you after we contact the Manufacturer/Distributor. We will do our best to meet your needs.

    International customers will need to pay via Pay Pal.
